JOB OPPORTUNITY: MEMBERSHIP LEADS

We're on the lookout for two radical community-builders with a heart for Black-led movement-making and systems-shaping!

Our Membership Engagement Lead will be responsible for rallying, uniting and ensuring our Membership (a powerful and growing community of over 1,300 Black and Global Majority kinfolk organising for racial justice nationwide) are united, equipped and connected in our collective struggle for Unity, Justice and Freedom.

Our Membership Architect Lead will be designing and creating accessible, equitable and inclusive participatory systems to ensure the voices, ideas and power of our Membership are embedded into the heart of Baobab's vision and direction.

As we open these two positions, we'd like to send a special thank-you note to our outgoing Membership Lead, Jermain Jackman, for five years of diligently consolidating an active, vocal and empowered Membership with unapologetic Blackness. Your presence will be missed!

Our new Membership Leads will be taking us into the next powerful stage of racial justice organising, equipping Baobab and our Membership with the strategies, structures, events and resources needed to bring us closer to Unity, Justice and Freedom.
